Piyush Pandey – CEO

Piyush Pandey is a technology executive with 18 years of global experience in strategy, sales, mergers & acquisitions, and operations with software companies. He has helped build private software companies by identifying new business development opportunities, realigning go-to market strategy, streamlining operations, developing pricing strategies, and financial planning. Over the last 10 years, he has worked with enterprise software companies including Oracle, Epicor, Concur, Citrix and Microsoft on various transactions. He has held various leadership positions at Procera, Deutsche Bank, Stifel, Wipro Technologies and a wireless startup. Piyush holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Maryland, College Park and a Bachelor of Engineering from University of Delhi.

Hendrix H. Bodden – Co-Founder

Over his career as a leader and individual contributor, Mr. Bodden has driven over $200 million in license revenue and raised over $50 million in equity capital. He has a proven track record with ERP and CRM industry leaders such as Clarify, where he managed Tier 1 systems integrator relationships, and Walker Interactive, where he was the top salesperson and promoted to Eastern Region Vice President. Mr. Bodden was a founding team member of several startups, including KnowledgeTrack, BigPrizes, and ProCore Labs, where he raised $4 million and directed development of a 90,000 square foot FDA-certified personal care manufacturing plant. Mr. Bodden worked for Mr. Massino at Senetek as SVP, Business Development. Mr. Bodden holds a degree in Economics from Colby College (ranked #20 in 2011 US News & World Report) and attended graduate economics courses at Cornell University.

Larry Grey – Co-Founder

Mr. Grey was among PeopleSoft’s first 500 employees and transitioned to Oracle after the PeopleSoft acquisition. Mr. Grey directed implementation of PeopleSoft’s first Financials systems at Goldman Sachs, AXA Equitable, Turner Broadcasting and Boeing and led PeopleSoft’s Southeast region consulting practice to achieve the highest customer satisfaction ratings at PeopleSoft. He managed reporting /metadata development within the PeopleTools group, led the transition of PeopleSoft’s product architecture from client/server to internet and created 5 new products. After Oracle’s acquisition of PeopleSoft, Mr. Grey was responsible for incorporating Oracle technology into PeopleSoft’s products. Prior to PeopleSoft, Mr. Grey was instrumental in developing PeopleSoft’s Public Sector Financials products for Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). Mr. Grey holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University.

Chris Heller – CTO & Co-Founder

Mr. Heller was amongst the first 250 employees of PeopleSoft and transitioned to Oracle after the PeopleSoft acquisition. Mr. Heller is recognized as a leading expert in PeopleSoft’s development environment, PeopleTools. While at PeopleSoft, Mr. Heller was Director of PeopleTools Product Strategy and managed the launch of the acclaimed PeopleTools 8.0. Mr. Heller also worked in PeopleSoft’s Corporate Strategy Group and in the International group where he managed sales and customer implementations for the first South American customers, working out of Buenos Aires and Miami. After the Oracle acquisition, Mr. Heller worked on planning for Fusion, Oracle’s middleware technology and became well-versed in Oracle’s development strategy. Prior to PeopleSoft, Mr. Heller reported to the CFO at TicketMaster. Mr. Heller holds degrees in Math and Economics from Univ of California, Santa Barbara.

Kevin Agatone – SVP, Product Development

Mr. Agatone has been building large scale enterprise software products for over 25 years. Mr. Agatone specializes in product optimizations and practical process driven designs. Prior to joining PeopleSoft in 1996 Mr. Agatone held several senior level software positions with companies involved in embedded software, process control, project management, and document management including Moore Products (now Siemens Power), Primavera (now a business unit of Oracle), and Okidata.  Mr Agatone held positions in PeopleSoft architecting PS/nVision for PeopleTools releases 7, 7.5 and 8, and in Applications Development for Resource Management, Project Management and Common Components. Mr. Agatone briefly left PeopleSoft prior to the Oracle Acquisition working as Domino Team Lead for Compoze Software bringing it to acquisition by BEA Systems in 2005. Mr. Agatone then joined Siemens Medical to help define OR Management Software. He joined Oracle Fusion Applications development as Team Lead in 2007 for Project Portfolio Management establishing core techniques for Project Management and contributing to the  definition of their Agile processes. Mr. Agatone holds both a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering and Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering degrees from Villanova University.

Greg Wendt – Executive Director

Mr. Wendt is arguably the top security expert about Oracle® PeopleSoft. During his 17 year career he has been recognized as a leader in data security, application architecture and business operations. Most recently he served as ERP Application Architect at TCU where he was responsible for TCU’s PeopleSoft system. Mr. Wendt was Chairman of the Higher Education User Group’s multinational Technical Advisory Group (HEUG  TAG).  As Chairman his responsibilities included: collaborating with Oracle strategists; educating and advocating on behalf of the Global HEUG member institutions on technical topics; focusing on the user experience, security, life cycle management, and mastering PeopleTools. Prior to TCU, Mr. Wendt served as a Technical Consultant at RadioShack where he held the roles of Architect, DBA, Developer, Team Lead and rolled out PeopleSoft HCM self-service.  RadioShack projects included: PeopleSoft upgrades, infrastructure changes and ensuring continuity by collaborating with the auditing team.  Mr. Wendt has led criminal justice and cyber security courses focusing on hacking techniques. He holds degrees from Tarleton State University in Computer Science and a Masters of Business Administration from Texas Christian University.

Shelley Nelson – VP, Services

Mrs. Nelson has spent the last 20 years of her career focusing on customer support. She spent 4 years prior to joining GreyHeller launching Services at Lisam America, the US subsidiary of Lisam Systems, a Belgian provider of EH&S software. During her time there, the company grew from 1 to 90 customers. Prior to that, she was VP of Global Support for TomorrowNow, growing the Support team from 3 to 63 employees and 5 to 135 customers in 4 years, including several Fortune 500s companies. The Service team achieved top 10% worldwide IT-industry customer satisfaction and loyalty and an unprecedented 98% customer reference rating as measured in 2007 by leading independent market research analyst, Taylor Nelson Sofres (TNS). Prior to TomorrowNow, Shelley spent 6 years at PeopleSoft, 3 as a Financials Consultant leading implementations and 3 as a Financials Application Developer. Prior to that, she was a Senior Consultant at Anderson for 3 years. Mrs. Nelson holds Bachelors Degree in Marketing and a Masters in International Business from University of Houston.
